Riddley Commercial Cleaning is family owned and operated; we are not a franchise. Our goal is to provide our clients with the very best service, top notch results, and the best customer service in our industry. We operate in both Georgia and Tennessee.
Riddley Commercial Cleaning is a culmination of more than 60 years of combined industry experience and know-how. What began in the 1970's on the New Jersey Shore - cleaning local businesses and waxing floors, has now morphed into a full-service building cleaning services organization, with every service agreement custom designed to suit each individual client's unique requirements.
We are committed to doing the right thing for our clients through hard work and old-fashioned values. We will work hard to earn and keep your trust and ensure 100% satisfaction by providing professional, affordable, high quality services.

Jim Raps: President & CEO
As an industry veteran of more than 40 years, Jim works closely with both office staff and field personnel to ensure company standards are met. Jim also works tirelessly to make certain Riddley’s strong commitment to quality is met and the company achieves steady, sustained growth as it is well positioned into the future. Jim spends his spare time with his beautiful bride of 42 years, Patricia, at their home in Kennesaw, and with their family of four adult daughters, four granddaughters, one grandson, and their yellow Labrador retriever, Nessie.
Melissa Raps-Moore: Vice President
Melissa splits her time between running a smooth operating office staff and assisting in field operational matters. Mel, like her sisters, grew up in the industry and has been involved in the janitorial world since she was a very young girl. Mel spends her spare time with her husband, two daughters and two rambunctious dogs. She resides in Marietta.
Nathaniel Haecker: Operations Manager
Nathaniel has tirelessly worked his way up the ranks over the past three years within Riddley, beginning as a cleaning technician before being promoted to management, then to Operations Manager. Nathaniel’s best asset is his can-do outlook on life, and all things Riddley. His motto is “Let me know how I can serve your needs.”
Besides Riddley, Nathaniel spends his spare time with his family, working on classic sailboats and playing music. If it has strings, he can most likely play it. A former Eagle Scout, he has routinely demonstrated those qualities in his day-to-day life. We are proud to have him on our team.
